Confirm you are signed in with the correct permissions and that the customer, ticket, or supplier record you need is open before making changes.

Quick Steps

  1. Add the item to the ticket or highlight the existing line you need to modify.
  2. Open the line-item actions menu and choose the price override option.
  3. Enter the new amount and confirm the reason if the register requires override notes.
  4. Review the updated subtotal to make sure only the intended item changed.
  5. Finish the transaction or continue building the ticket as needed.
