Modify a Ticket

Edit an open sale before payment is finalized.

Before You Start

Confirm you are signed in with the correct permissions and that the customer, ticket, or supplier record you need is open before making changes.

Quick Steps

  1. Recall the ticket from the register if it is not already open on screen.
  2. Select the line item or ticket section that needs to be updated.
  3. Change quantity, remove items, apply discounts, or attach customer data as needed.
  4. Review taxes and totals after each change so the customer sees the correct amount due.
  5. Save, hold, or complete the updated ticket once the revision is confirmed.
